Meet the Founder
Hi, I'm Foluke
A Nurse Who Saw the Gaps — and Decided to Fill Them
With over a decade of experience as a Registered Nurse in hospital and acute care settings, I have spent my career at the bedside of patients navigating some of the most difficult moments of their lives. I have watched families sit in waiting rooms without answers. I have seen patients discharged without fully understanding their care plan. And I have witnessed firsthand how a rushed, fragmented healthcare system can leave even the most capable people feeling lost and overwhelmed.
That experience is what led me to found EaseBridge Health Advocacy.
My Background
After more than 10 years in acute care nursing, I developed a deep understanding of how hospitals, medical teams, and healthcare systems operate — and where they fall short for patients and families. My clinical background spans complex medical conditions, care transitions, patient education, and coordination across multidisciplinary teams.
That foundation gives me a unique ability to sit on both sides of the table: I understand the medical world, and I understand what families need to feel informed, supported, and confident in their care decisions.
Why I Started EaseBridge
EaseBridge was born from a combination of professional frustration and personal conviction. Over the years I witnessed patients who deserved more time, more clarity, and more support than the system was able to give them. I also experienced, both professionally and personally, how quickly healthcare can feel overwhelming — even for those with medical knowledge.
I started EaseBridge because I believed there was a better way. Every patient deserves someone in their corner who is focused solely on their needs — not on throughput, not on charting quotas, but on them.
What I Believe
I believe that a well-informed patient is an empowered patient. I believe that families should never have to make critical medical decisions without clear guidance and a trusted professional by their side. And I believe that compassionate, knowledgeable advocacy can genuinely change outcomes — and reduce the fear that so often surrounds serious illness.
My Approach
I work with older adults, individuals managing chronic or complex conditions, and families who simply need someone to help them make sense of a complicated situation. Whether you need support preparing for an important appointment, understanding a new diagnosis, coordinating between specialists, or navigating a hospital discharge — I bring clinical expertise, calm guidance, and a commitment to your best interests at every step.
I am not here to replace your medical team. I am here to make sure you get the most out of every interaction with them.
About
our company…
EaseBridge Health Advocacy was founded to give families something the healthcare system often cannot—time, clarity, and compassionate guidance.
As a Registered Nurse with hands-on clinical experience, I have seen how overwhelming medical decisions can feel for patients and their loved ones. Appointments are rushed, information is complex, and families are often left trying to make critical decisions without clear support.
EaseBridge was created to change that experience.
We provide calm, RN-led advocacy for older adults and individuals living with chronic or complex medical conditions. Our role is to help families understand medical information, prepare for appointments, coordinate care, and feel confident in the decisions they make.
We do not replace doctors or medical teams. Instead, we work alongside them—ensuring your concerns are heard, your questions are answered, and your care plan reflects your goals.
At EaseBridge, we believe every patient and caregiver deserves:
Clear explanations without medical jargon
A trusted professional focused solely on their needs
Support during stressful or uncertain moments
Guidance that brings peace of mind
When healthcare feels overwhelming, EaseBridge provides a steady, supportive path forward.
